How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days as each item is made to order. UK delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, with Europe and international orders taking a little longer. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.
What is your returns policy?
As all our products are made to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or faulty. If there's an issue with your order, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving it and we'll make it right.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
We don't currently offer gift wrapping, but our products make a wonderful gift! If you'd like to send an order directly to someone, just enter their address at checkout.
