Your Right to Cancel and Return

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order or return items under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (right of withdrawal).

Cancellation window You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your last item, without giving any reason. To meet the deadline, you must submit your cancellation request before the 14-day period expires.

How to request a cancellation or return You can submit a return or cancellation request directly through your customer account — no need to contact us first. Simply log in, open the relevant order, and follow the steps to request a return or cancellation.

Returning items Once you've notified us of your decision to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the items. Items must be returned in their original condition.

Refunds We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exclusions Please note that personalised or custom-made items are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
